Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned)

Professional learning experience that offers introduction of the retail power markets. Functions will be under Portfolio Management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide and ensure prompt and accurate invoicing.
  • Analyze client's usage data and submit validated usage for pricing while escalating any erroneous data
  • Utilize strong excel skills (shortcuts, functions, formulas) to analyze large amounts of data quickly
  • Consult daily with Billing Analyst and verify each billing statement corresponds with the charges and rates calculated by the analyst
  • Run monthly and daily reports as needed to complete validations
  • Identify situations that need to be escalated and report them through the proper channels
  • Respond to all action item emails within 30 minutes; maintaining effective working external and internal relationships
  • Collaborate daily with the team to complete priorities and any additional assignments or projects
  • Complete mass upload requests; complete testing as needed
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and maintain flexibility to adapt well to change
  • Practice high ethical standards; be accountable for such things as time, communication, statistics,

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3.0 or higher required
  • Candidate should be a rising Junior or Senior working towards Bachelor degree in math, business, economics, finance, statistics, computer science or accounting would be preferred at an accredited college or university.
  • Legally eligible to work in the US now and in the future.

Salary Information

Hourly Pay Range $18.52 - 31.11
